Part 1: Modeling

1.Create a sphere segments 12:

2.Convert it to edit poly, select these points and chamfer it to 15:

3.Select these poly and bevel it from Height -5 Outline Amount -2 click apply to do it a second time than click ok:

4.Rescale these points to made the mouth:

5.Select these poly to make the mouth, extrude it from -1 and than from -20:

|
6.Put a turbosmooth (or a meshsmooth) modifier on iteration 2:

7.In the front view define a line like this put it in the front of the face (see top view):

8.On the edit poly level select these points:

9.Add the modifier Linked XForm on the top of Editable Poly under turbosmooth (meshsmooth):

10.For the Linked XForm click the "Pick Control Object" and select the line created
Now select the line and move it to make your face smile or not:

11.For the Linked XForm click the "Pick Control Object" and select the line created
Now select the line and move it to make your face smile or not:

You can do the same by adding new lines and Mesh select + Linked Xform to select other point to link
to other lines and you have a remote control for your face.
