2.  Next click on the  viewport somewhere to set the text, and then choose your font and size, I chose Arial Black Italic font and size 25.

 3.  Rotate 90 degrees on the x axis and, click the extrude modifier and set the extrude to 4, As shown Bellow.

4. Right click on the text and go to convert, and click on Editable Mesh.

5. After that, go to Polygon select under your Editable Mesh in the modifiers tab, and select polygon, then go and click the front of every letter. as show here bellow.

6. Next do a bevel of  -.4, then click out of the mesh and select a mesh smooth modifier onto the text, set the smoothness to 0.

 7. Define 3 planes around the text as shown here.

8. set your vray setting to this.

-global switches: turn off default lights
- image sampler: to adaptive QMC
- antialising filter "mitchell-netravali"
- indirect illumination ON
- Secondary bounces multiplier to 0.85
- Irradiance map settings:
     - "low" preset
     - hsph subdivs = 30
- environment:
     - skylight pure white color
     - reflection/refraction pure white, 1,2 multiplier
- system: render region division 50*50 px

Next set a vray material to light gray and apply it to the walls.

 9.Next do the same thing but se your diffuse color to this

RED = 0, GREEN = 102, BLUE = 255,

And your reflections to this.

RED =  30,GREEN, 173, BLUE = 255

Then apply it to your text and set up your scene how you want it, then render and you will get this effect.
